SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy - Please read before placing an order.

At current, we ship to UK only. 

Without any added disruptions or strikes, we aim to have your order with you in 2-3 business days with Royal Mail Standard Tracked Delivery or 1 business day from dispatch when selecting Next Day Special Delivery.

-Orders placed before 2pm will be posted same day.

-Orders placed after 2pm will be posted the following business day. 

-All orders are sent with full tracking from dispatch, to delivery.

-Email/SMS notification upon dispatch and delivery.

-Delivery 5-6 days a week.

-We offer 2 options for delivery, stated below.

-FREE standard delivery on orders over £40 (after any discounts have been applied)

Next Day Special Delivery £7.99 

-Must be ordered before 2pm 

-1 Business day from dispatch

We do also have the option for you to collect from one of our clinics in Leicester.

These delivery services are for indication purposes only, and 95% of postcodes, deliveries arrive on time. Delays may occur within the UK around Bank Holidays or orders placed after 2pm on a Friday. 

Return & Exchange Policy
If you have ordered from us and changed your mind, no problem at all, we're here to help. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following terms and conditions:
-You must have ordered directly from our online site www.stripppeduk.com
-Items being returned must be completely seale
d. This includes inside and outer packaging, unopened, unused, and no damage. We will not issue refunds to any products that have been opened or used.  
-You have 28 days from the date of receiving your order to return the unused item(s). 
-Please send an email to  
 to notify us of your return, please include your order number. This will help speed along the return process.

Please consider the following:
-We do not offer free returns. You will be responsible for postage costs and fees, these will not be reimbursed. We always recommend using a tracked delivery service for your package.
-We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not returned in original packaging, have been tampered with, or if any of the seals are broken. 
-Refunds will only be processed once the order has returned to us in the correct condition to re sell. 
-If your item returns back to us damaged, this includes the outer box, you will not be eligible for a refund and we will refuse the return. To avoid this, we recommend a sturdy box and/or bubble wrap to protect the item before returning. Use padding to minimise any damage to the product.
-If your items arrive to us and are not deemed eligible for refund we will not return the items to you.
